Jennifer Myers joined Lincoln in June 2012 and has built a dynamic career spanning customer service, account management, and employee experience. From 2012 to 2023, she held various roles across the organization, consistently focusing on delivering tailored solutions and leading initiatives that drove optimal outcomes for Lincoln’s customers.
Over the past two years, Jennifer has brought her passion and expertise to the People, Communications, and Corporate Services, where she focuses on enhancing the employee experience. Her work includes leading performance management redesign and rollout, managing key programs such as Lincoln’s Core Values and Leadership Attributes, and overseeing the company’s work model, new hire orientation, and employee recognition efforts.
Jennifer is deeply committed to creating a meaningful and engaging experience for employees throughout their careers at Lincoln. She believes that every program and offering should reflect the culture and values Lincoln strives to uphold, and she works to ensure that employees feel supported, inspired, and connected.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she loves being a mom and spending time with her family—whether hiking, visiting the beach, or working toward their goal of exploring all the U.S. National Parks together.
