Holly Price is a leader in McKinsey & Company’s People and Organizational Performance practice. She works with senior leaders across sectors on culture, organizational health, and talent strategy, with a focus on turning research into practical action. Holly is a frequent keynote speaker and trusted facilitator, known for creating engaging, grounded conversations that help leaders navigate complex people challenges and move forward with clarity. Before joining McKinsey, she worked in technology and finance. Holly holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, as well as a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Houston with her husband and three sons.
