Drew Goldstein is a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in the firm’s People and Organizational Performance practice. He advises Fortune 500 C-Suite executives on strategy, culture, talent, operating model, org design, and tangential topics. He also leads McKinsey’s global organizational health solutions, scaling the firm’s flagship diagnostics and pioneering new approaches at the intersection of data, technology, and AI. A recognized thought leader and frequent keynote speaker, Drew has contributed to some of McKinsey’s most influential research on leadership, inclusion, and the future of work, including being the first male co-author of Women in the Workplace report – a collaboration with Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In Organization. Before joining McKinsey, Drew worked for various organizations from Great Place to Work, helping pick world-class cultures to be featured on the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work for list, to Kaplan Higher Education, Miramax Films and Nielsen Media Research. Earlier in his career, he worked in media and entertainment, an experience that continues to shape his distinctive, storytelling-driven approach to leadership. Born and raised in New York, with a degree from NYU Stern School of Business, Drew currently lives in Charlotte with his two fur babies.
