In his TED talk, Simon introduced the idea of the Golden Circle - which emphasizes the importance of organizations asking why they do what they do.

A trained ethnographer, Simon teaches leaders and organizations - from foreign ambassadors to corporations like Microsoft and 3M - how to inspire people. An adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation, Simon is also active with the nonprofit Charity: Water and serves on the board of Tami Stronach Dance.
