Kerry Dryburgh

Kerry Dryburgh is bp's executive vice president for people, culture and communications (PC&C) and the company's chief human resources and communications officer. Kerry leads the team in developing, empowering, engaging and rewarding bp's approximately 100,000 employees across 61 countries.

Her team is the powerhouse behind unlocking potential and nurturing the next generation of talent to deliver energy for today and tomorrow, as well as stewarding bp's reputation and brand.

Kerry is a champion of social mobility and fair access to opportunities, regardless of an individual's background. Her own journey to leadership had an unconventional start, beginning with an apprenticeship straight out of school at age 16. She believes in the power of developing courageous leaders who embrace accountability alongside vulnerability, and the importance of wellbeing in driving performance and creating a thriving workplace.

Kerry's personal experiences have influenced her professional outlook and approach. She is a mother of three, a yoga enthusiast, a beekeeper, and a marathon finisher. She's passionate about discovering paths to personal resilience through new experiences.
