Malcolm Gladwell explored the importance of providing encouragement - and opportunities - to help humans realize their full potential. An awards event showcased and celebrated the accomplishments of Workhuman customers. Tunde Oyeneyin shared her inspiring story and reminded us that we all have a voice - and it's time to use it.

Dan Heath demonstrated just how powerful simple moments can be - and how experience helps us deliver peak moments for our customers and employees. A new Gallup Report created in partnership with Workhuman was introduced. It explores how to build a workforce for the future that recognizes employee contributions. Simon Biles's grace, poise, and humility was on full display as she showed what it means to be a true champion.

The last day kicked off with a DE&I pioneers panel featuring Doyin Richards, anti-racism facilitator, Vernā Myers, VP, inclusion strategy at Netflix, and Bernice King, CEO of the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change.
Then came the eagerly anticipated appearance of “Schitt's Creek” star Dan Levy. In a conversation with Cy Wakeman, he explored themes of love, acceptance, recognition, inclusion, and humanity - both before the camera and in his personal life.
